amazing festival~ a cross between halloween and santa clause parade... with fireworks and confetti... seems kinda like chinese new year with the dragons and drums... and fireworks... for sure it felt festive like that... last time i remember seeing something / feeling something of similar hype was chinese new year in hk.. when i was 6... it was definitely memorable experience
