jan 23 ~ part 3 ~ neuchatel

welcome to neuchatel... the name is french... this is the french part of switzerland... i felt a little more at home here... we were here to see the swiss statistics building:

the northern side of the building... overlooking the town on this right.... (north-west)

(north-east)...south of this building is the lake... imagine... all those houses on the mountain side have a waterfront view...
contrast... warm (wood)... cold (glass).... orange vs blue
i love this town... wished it was sunny... then... i'll be able to see the alps from this roof top patio

the building has two masses.. a long 5 story buidling.. and a glass tower...
